Contacting ETZ Support via online chat

You can connect with ETZ live chat agent directly from your ETZ knowledge base home page, during our usual opening hours (Monday – Friday 0900-17.00)

To access live chat, please follow the steps below –

From your ETZ dashboard, click on the question mark in the top right corner and then select the Help Centre option from the drop-down menu –

You will be directed to our Knowledge Base home page where you can access hundreds of useful step by step guides.  To chat with a support agent, click on the ‘Help’ button on the bottom right side of the screen, this will open a chat box where you can search for knowledge base articles or start a live chat with a member of our support team.
